From accompanying you to a hospital or medical appointment to visiting the pharmacy with you, our runners stay by your side throughout the service, helping you navigate each step until your visit or errand is complete.
More than transportation. Personal assistance when it matters most.
- Hospital & Appointment Companion: We'll accompany you to your hospital visit or scheduled medical appointment and stay with you for the agreed service period.
- Prescription Pickup Assistance: We'll accompany you to the pharmacy or pick up your prescriptions on your behalf, subject to pharmacy requirements.
- In-Person Support: Have someone by your side to help you navigate check-in, locate the right department, and communicate your nonmedical needs.
- Stay Until You're Ready: We won't simply drop you off. Your runner stays for the agreed service period and helps coordinate your next steps and return transportation.
- Peace of Mind for Families: With your permission, we can provide updates to a designated family member or caregiver.

Pricing
- You see and set the price before you book — no surprises.
- At booking, 50% is charged as a retainer and the other 50% is held on your card (not charged).
- The held balance is charged only after the job is done. If the final price is lower, the rest is released.
