What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and phone number if you add one.
• Job details: addresses, messages, photos (with time and place) and reviews.
• Runner live location: only after the runner says yes, and only while they're available and the app is open.
• Runner credentials and insurance details you submit for verification.
• Business listing details.

Payments

Card details go straight to our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

Who can see what

Exact addresses are shown only to the customer and the assigned runner after a job is accepted. Phone numbers stay private: calls and texts are masked. License numbers and insurance policies are visible only to the runner and Errand Runners staff.

How we use it

To match jobs, run and track them, take payments, keep people safe, and handle support. We don't sell your personal information.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep records as long as your account is open or as needed for payments, safety and legal reasons. To ask for your data to be deleted, call Customer Service.
