Errand Runners connects customers in the Houston, Texas area with independent runners for errands, deliveries, companionship and related services, and lets local businesses list on our map. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in private. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Runners

Runners are independent and are approved by Errand Runners before they can take jobs. Driving services require current auto and general liability insurance on file. Runners are paid by Errand Runners after the job.

Payments

Customers pay a 50% retainer when booking and the remaining 50% after completion, by card through our payment processor. Prices are the amount shown on the job. Book and pay only through the app.

Business listings and plans

Listings appear only after approval and payment. Preferred Networks plans are monthly subscriptions as described on My business and in the refund policy.

Safety

The app does not detect emergencies or send help. In an emergency, call 911.

Conduct

No harassment, illegal activity, or requests to pay outside the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Errand Runners isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a job is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms and will show the new date above.
